Dana and another kind young woman here today (March 15) are welcoming and warm and the location (including the restroom) is SO clean. Dana went above, and beyond, to make sure we understood, and were knowledgeable about the services of Public Storage.

Learn from my experience and know what you are in for. PS has raised my rent from 219 dollars to 345 dollars in less than 6 months- a 57 percent increase- from Aug. 2022 to Jan. 2023. And I have to keep reposting my negative review because it keeps being deleted. A common experience now unfortunately. All of the positive reviews here are not real. Storage companies are not regulated on how much they can raise the rent and they fully take advantage of that. They take confidence that you will pay the incremental fees rather than the cost and expense of moving out. I am getting my stuff out of here ASAP.

To Public Storage executives, you have to make Magali a director of personnel or something along those lines. I have actually never had better help or customer assistance than with her. She really knows the best way to solve problems and she's amazing to work with - seriously, I would store at this location specifically again just because she is great to work with. They were very helpful with making sure that I received the storage space that I needed, providing me with the insurance for my storage, and getting me set up with my account for my storage. Sign up was quick and professional. Dana was extremely friendly and efficient and very courteous. I was there with a friend and she rented a unit there. She cannot post because she ordered a new phone to replace her broken phone and hasn't received it yet. Storage area was clean and well lit. Security is very good - security code used to get in the facility is also used to get in the elevator and go to your floor. It is a three floor storage facility. I highly recommend this facility. The best part is that access to your storage is not controlled by office hours. Access is separate from office hours. Access is from 6 am ( not exactly sure ) to 9:30 pm , finally out at 10 pm 24/7.

I had received a call from Anthony here and he was calling to remind me that a late fee had been posted to my account and he was so professional about it. He is very compassionate and very understanding. When I came in to make a payment, I left my debit card and I had received a call from him reminding me that I left it behind. I came to buy some supplies from this location but I have a storage at the location on Jefferson. I have to applaud the manager for the amount of patience he has. before I walked in I heard another customer talking to him with so much hostility and the manager stayed calm through it all. Even after that a-hole left the office, Anthony was still very professional and kept his cool through it all. rock on man! thanks for the laughs today!

Ive been renting at this location for a over a year now and I got a second storage but I had a bit of an issue with the property manager. She tried her best to help me but her tone seemed very pointed. Anyways, when I visited to see other alternatives since the unit I wanted was rented to someone else, she had her other property manager show me the unit and I can tell he was new but he was showing me the unit almost as if he has been working here for a while. Thank you Anthony and Magaly. My company is very happy with their service

I currently do not rent at this location but my brother Rowie does. Magali at the front desk is always so kind and patient with us. She recently got a new manager to help her with the property and Anthony is so young yet has the experience of someone who has worked in customer service for decades. We asked him for help when we couldn’t figure out how to use the elevator and he stopped what he was doing just to help us out. He showed my brother how to input the code and we couldn’t have been more grateful for his service. This location is okay but the employees make it wonderful!

I was here a couple days ago and even though I decided not to rent I would definitely recommend this location. Chelsie was very helpful, and friendly. The property is very clean, and I like the access hours. 100% would recommend to a friend or family.

The staff who work here are great, but the facility itself needs work. This was my first time putting my things in storage so I didn’t know all the right questions to ask but I know now. They need better security to protect people’s things from theft, specifically more strategically placed security cameras. Burglary was the one thing I was worried about when putting my things in storage and sadly, that’s exactly what happened. Very disappointed. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the staff — Magali & Chelsea — are so helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding.

Due to COVID and working form home, I decided to put my things in storage and move back home temporarily in order to save money. Magali was super helpful from the beginning to end. Initially I had purchased the small storage but upon arriving to view the space and measuring the sq ft- I noticed it was smaller than what I had reserved. Magali was able to upgrade me to a medium space at no additional cost which truly made my day especially during these trying times. Highly recommend this location but more specifically Magali as your rep!

There aren't enough words to describe the impeccable service I received from the staff that works at this location. In particular, the onsite manager, Magaly, walked me through the storage process with patience and understanding as I navigated my first experience with moving. It can be such a draining process to choose a facility where you feel your personal items are safe but after meeting Magaly and her coworker Mya, I genuinely felt I had nothing to worry about. Magaly's professionalism alongside her reassuring and honest personality eased this stressful process for me and for that, I would absolutely recommend utilizing this location. The facility itself was clean and easily accessible - night and day from others I've seen in LA.

Property is always clean and well maintained and has even enjoyed some nice upgrades over the past year. It’s quite easy to access and has ample outdoor parking. Magali is a gem! She’s managed this location since I’ve been here and is a fantastic manager, she truly cares. She’s incredibly hard working and helpful, extremely personable and always 100% professional. Her communication style is most impressive. She has a rare gift of being super articulate and detail oriented while speaking with you with such ease, just like a friend or family member. It’s been such a pleasure working with her and getting to know her. I can honestly say that Magali has been the very best part of being a Public Storage tenant. I’m moved out now but still plan to drop by and say hi when in the area! And, big shout out to Maya who is super sweet and always very knowledgeable and helpful. I had some furniture and personal belongings stored here for a few months. I lost the keys to my lock and Nagalia was extremely helpful in getting a replacement. She was always very polite and friendly when I signed up for the storage space and when picking up my belongings.

I was having the worst moving day!!! Having to deal with moving is stressful enough and everything this day was going wrong not being able to move into my apartment. We had put our things in storage. Also having to pay a moving company for packing and moving our things just to find out that we couldn’t move in this same day. I visited two other self storage places and both places they were asking for a lot of money $$$$ down to start. Lastly went to Magali she was the best person I encountered all day!!! She was patient, understanding, and knowledgeable about all her products and services! I am so happy that she was my last stop of that day! A true example of utter professionalism. I want to start off by saying that I never write reviews. For the most part I am honestly just too lazy. Also, I very rarely come across an employee or even a manager for that matter, that even knows what customer service is these days. But, let's talk about Magali Sanchez. The onsite Manager for the public storage located on Airdrome and Venice. Our home had suffered from am massive pipe breakage that flooded our home in minutes. My husband and I called and asked her if he could come down and get a space while I stayed back and mitigated the damage. Between Magali's quick thinking and approval of her District Manager, we had a space within minutes. She offered us a great deal with $1.00 for the first month. She showed my husband the space, and read over the contract with him. Made recommendations for locks and showed him the proper way to protect our space and lock it down. She went over the rules and even made sure we were okay. The next day we began our very difficult move from water-logged home to storage. Magali, offered us so many great ideas, taught us how to make the best use of our space, and even was tolerate of how late we were on that first day. Managers like Magali just don't seem to be in great numbers any more. We have now been with public storage for a few months and even though we had to learn the ropes, Magali was always there to give us a gentle correction (sometimes harder, due to the fact that I am a hard head) and always made sure we were in compliance. So many rules! But, once you know them, using your storage to keep your personal belongings safe, is a walk in the park! Thank you Magali, during this very difficult time you were the only person to show us kindness, to educated us as needed and reminded me what a true Manager is!

I rarely write reviews but felt the urge today because of the amazing service provided at this particular facility. I’ve had dozens of storage units all of the U.S but this by far has been my favorite. The girls Magali and Mikeiya who work there are always helpful, so if you’re thinking of choosing a facility I would go with this one for sure.

Now.I must admit, they had a toilet in the middle of their street, in front of the Public Storage. But when I got in to change my reservations. The girl at the counter was VERY HELPFUL. Great service

This review is for Magali who took me through the entire rental process start to finish. I was going to PS every week for the last month and she is super helpful, friendly and down to earth. She seems to always be working and stayed late at the end of the month when it was super busy - I think they should have a bigger team during these peak days to handle all of the tours, people moving in, folks moving out but she put in the extra time and took care of everyone with grace. I give 0 stars to the chomping aggressive elevator which closes shut on you and does not reopen. It closed on me and my full cart multiple times (causing furniture to fall and me to get awkwardly stuck,). Even when you push on the doors, they don't open, you have to push the button on the inside of the elevator. If you are only 1 person and moving, it makes it extremely difficult because you cannot hold this 'door open' button while pushing in a big load of furniture at the same time. The elevator also broke down one afternoon - so we used the second elevator (on the other side of the building, which when you're hand carrying a piano that doesn't fit on the cart is frustrating). Please get new elevators and thank you so much Magali!

I kept a storage unit at this location for a total of six years. The place is always clean and feels safe. People who work there are generally helpful. More recently I've dealt with two employees in particular, Magali and Brandon, who are always friendly and helpful and seem invested in making sure everything is running smoothly. I had some confusing billing issues when checking out and they made an effort to make sure their manager took care of everything in a timely manner for me. My only complaint is about Public Storage itself. Expect your bill to go up every year. I think I started paying about $140 for my unit and ended up paying $200. This is too bad because the prices for getting a new unit are actually cheaper after some time. So rather than reward loyal customers they actually charge them more.

En realidad todos estos lugares hay algo que los identifica y es El Racismo contra algunos clientes y desde hace 2 semanas mas o menos hecharon o trasladaron al único hombre de color que trabajaba en el lugar . Ese hombre es muy racista con la mayoría de clientes y creo que en donde este lo será . Los asociados son una fila de basuras, en especial uno de ellos que se cree la gran baba y que mando a los barrenderos a ensuciar los autos tanto parquedos y en tránsito de polvo cada vez que limpian de basura solo la banqueta y la tierra y basura la tiran así a la calle en vez de recogerla . Recuerden que yo como muchos que tenemos motorhome nos parqueamos de vez en cuando en el área y que muchos de nosotros incluida yo limpiamos un poco el área aunque mas de alguno de algún motorhome sea cerdo . Recuerden que así como a ustedes se les acaba la paciencia a los dueños de esos carros también se les acaba . Las cosas bien hechas son mucho mejor . Espero que magaly siga simpática y que nunca se le suban los humos de importante y pedante que se creen algunos de los asociados mantenidos de El lugar .

I had the best experience moving into storage today. I woke up to a confirmation call from Brandon, who turned out to be SO helpful and patient with me during my many phone calls throughout the day. I overslept and Brandon changed my reservation time without a problem. My moving truck ran out of gas, I called Brandon and he changed it for me again. I got to the gas station, realized I forgot my debit card had to walk back and realized I wouldn't make it before they closed and Brandon offered to stay an extra 15min and also found me another PS location to that had a later access time nd called ahead for me and help me make all the last minute arrangements. We got disconnected and I just knew he hung up cause I was be SO annoying! Nope, he called me back and kept on helping... Who is this kid? I finally get to the Storage facility and Ashley was the best! This was my 1st time moving into storage and I thought it would be extremely stressful but Ashley was very friendly, SO helpful and explained everything in detail and even checked again for better rates at other local Public Storage locations then walked me to my unit and chatted me up along the way. She took a lot of pride in her work and that was refreshing. I was concerned about security but seeing her make her rounds put me at ease. I work in management and customer service is a HUGE part of what I do so when I'm the customer and employees are friendly, connect and engage I really appreciate it, it's just good customer service. I never do reviews even when I want to, I always forget but these 2 deserved to be recognized. Brandon and Ashley worked together and we're patient, helpful, understanding and friendly from start to finish. Idk who hired these 2 but *thumbs up!* 👍👍🏾2 awesome employees, I'll definitely recommend Public Storage to anyone I know. 😁

Had an appointment scheduled. Showed up 2 minutes past my time and he took a walk in and locked the office for 30 minutes. Then came back and told me to wait until he was done with them. So, an hour after my appointment time, I was seen. This ruined my entire moving schedule

I had an extraordinary experience with Tangela today. She offered me various products that really helped with my move. She answered all my questions with a proficient attitude.

Today I was very pleased to have met with Tangela to discuss about renting a unit. She gave me a tour of the facility and gave a detailed summary of how everything works. I was very pleased with her attitude.

The front desk staff is always polite and professional. The district manager is a different story. They display his number to call for additional concerns, but he does not respond even when multiple messages are left. The facility will charge you additional storage fees if you are unable unpack your 3rd floor unit because BOTH of their elevators are down, even if you are present with a truck and crew. Buyer beware. UPDATE 11/21 I added an extra star because I was contacted by the district manager and the billing issue was resolved.

Be careful! After a few months they will raise prices almost 20% with less than a month notice.

I have been a customer at this public storage for a while and i highly recommend it. The staff is pleasant and today Greg helped with out tremendously. If you need storage then this is the place.

I walked into this location to purchase a couple boxes. I only needed 2 boxes literally, but the sales woman Tangela told me about all their great deals and how much I could be saving if I bought more. Buying 35 boxes gets you 15 for free and you could even return any boxes you don't use. Big move coming up so I'll be back.

I've stored here for a few months, and every time I came it is easy to access and easy to ask questions. The locations awesome and the building seems well kept. I had needed to change my unit and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for quick convenience.

Tangela was EXTREMELY customer service oriented, professional, and kind. Thank you! Second time at a Public Storage this year, and second time for an outstanding customer service experience.

When I first visited Public Storage, I was impressed by its clean units and guarded areas. However, upon return a few months later, I've discovered that about thousands of dollars of electronics was stolen from my unit. While PublicStorage promises that they don't have keys to our locks, they also don't have security cameras in the public storage facility at all (only in the parking lot). When I reported the loss to them, they weren't particularly helpful. I filed a police report and filed an insurance claim, but this is downright unacceptable. A storage facility's job is to protect its customer's property.
