I'd give negative starts if I could. My unit was robbed, along with multiple other lockers on my floor. They destroyed everything in my locker, dumped some chemical over everything. Then I find out the guy who stole everything was caught in August. No one ever contacted me, they just kept charging me from August to December when I found out, when I was going to get my Christmas decorations. Reached out to the district manager a dozen times, no call back. Now they want to charge me money for next months rent and back charges, since I called Amex and reversed all their bogus charges. There is also homeless people that sleep in the hallways of the storage unit, they were there every time I went. Not a safe location and the managers here could care less. I would not use this services for anything!

My monthly rent just went up nearly 40%. However, I received a call from the Dist. Mgr. and, not only was my rent reduced to the previous rate, I received credit for the 3 months I paid the higher rent. That’s what I call excellent service. Thank you Kirk.

$20,000+ of stuff was stolen out of my unit and no one contacted me. Even though I pay insurance they only want to give me $3000.. I have complained about the people working out of units and the lack of security for the upper units and they did nothing... Stay away

Terrible experience here. I've had a unit for 4 years and it has almost doubled in price since when I started. To make matters worse, I just returned to find someone got inside and stole almost everything... The tops are just secured with chicken wire and zip ties. Do not trust this place

We have been using this storage unit for a few years now. Every time we would go we would find people that seemed to be living there and it was rather uncomfortable. However all out stuff was there so we endured. We warned the front desk about it and that we were worried about our stuff however nothing was done. We went back to get some stuff and our unit and sever others had been ransacked. They came from the roof and pulled the top off and stole everything. Our snowboards, our luggage, childhood memories, jackets, artwork etc… the storage company did nothing about our warnings and will do nothing now that all of our things have been stolen. They took well over $8,000 of stuff - terrible security and service. They have not even moved our stuff to another unit - just left the few remaining items in the open unit… go elsewhere or you may end up the victim of theft here.

Diana was such an amazing help from start to finish. She is absolutely amazing with customer service. I had a ton of questions upon arrival and she definitely calmed me down and assisted me. My move was a breeze thanks to Diana.

Initially it was a bad experience but things have improved so I am updating my review. They still should clean up and update the elevator though. It’s broken down a few times.

I am ashamed to say I have more storage units than any human ought to have. This is literally the only storage unit on the planet that isn’t completely miserable. In fact, it’s amazing! Gina is the nicest and happiest person ever and goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need. Far and away the best customer service on the planet.

I was annoyed getting a late fee text this morning when I thought I had sent my payment at the beginning of March. I called and Gina, which I didn’t even ask her name because clearly I forget everything 🙄😉, but new instantly who she was the second I hung up that call and went straight to yelp to leave a 5 star review and saw a ton of reviews for Gina! I have maintained a storage unit here for several years. I was looking to get a bigger space and made an online reservation. The manager Gina called me right away, to discuss details. On the day I arrived Gina explained to me the type of space the new unit was, and then showed it to me. Although it wasn't for me Gina worked to get me a price reduction on my original unit. Much appreciated! Gina followed up my visit with a phone call and her customer service is spot on.

If I could give no stars i would. I was effected by the virus and was put out of work. I was told today that my lack of funds were not their problem ( storage space ) and that they do not offer or will not offer any covid-19 relief. I was given a settlement date which is up today. I have no money in my account and have yet to receive my unemployment or stimulus check, or any of my refunds. I have cried and begged for help but Jacob stated that my lack of funds were not his issue. I'm going to local of my things because of this. I have no family to ask for help and am embarrassed to even be writing this.

Paguei U$ 48 dólares por um espaço pequeno onde guardei 5 malas grandes de viagem. Paguei U$ 48 dólares por um mês e usei uma semana. Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos e educados. O processo de aluguel de espaço é simples e rápido. O local é limpo, organizado e moderno. Se você quer guardar suas malas durante sua viagem de navio, você encontrou o lugar certo.

Terrible service and pricing. Check the online prices, including Instagram and Facebook ads before renting here. They will not honor any price unless you pay online. The staff is nice, but put in a terrible position since corporate advertises lower rates and specials and won’t honor them on-site. Go somewhere else if you can.

Came to check out storage never done storage before just checking it for future use,the ladies in office were great explaining the process to me. Sierra showed me around and how everything works. Will come back when I am ready.

Gina was great. After 10 years storing there, she was like my mom. Always helping me sort things out and feel good about being there. They could put a better door handle on the bathrooms so you don't always get locked out. Also the could buy one more mobile set of stairs tower so, there is one tower in each isle, so we don't always have to wrestle that monster around the corners and down the lane. Very handy location and I like the covered parking so we can load and unload in the rain. Okay, see you next time!

First things first, Gina and Pam are the very best. They did everything they could to accommodate to my needs and I'm very thankful to them because otherwise my vacations would not have turned out the way it did. The place has a good location. I would definitely go back.

I have had a uint here for 5 years and the rent has gone up an average of $13 dollars a year. I started at $107 and now I am being charged over $170/month. They encourage auto pay so you don't notice they steady increase that they give no forewarning to. Shady business practice.

Jean & Gina were super helpful with me today. I've been driving from Seattle to drop my stuff off in Ft. Lauderdale and arrived 5 mins before closing. They stayed open later to let me see which storage unit I wanted and get me signed up right away so I could move in that night before was going to drive to Naples. I didn't have to get a hotel in the area to wait till the morning. Huge thanks ladies!

Good facilities, they check each unit daily for any locking concerns. I know because I've got called a few times from our unit not being locked properly after we went in. Just wish they had trash cans on the floors!

Came to this facility looking for unit...I had a reservation at another storage facility which was...let's say, not the cleanest. Showed up @ 5:45 just before closing! That usually is fround upon by staff... BUT Gina was great! Very helpfull and accommodating. She took the time to show me the unit and explained in detail all things related to billing and access. The place is very clean and secure. Highly recommended!

Pros - Good storage unit with easy access. Clean. Cons - They had a ton of hidden fees when I signed up, couldn't accurately explain my bill, and raised my rates within 6 months.

Jean and Gina are the absolute best! My dad and I have had a unit here for a couple years and they're the two most helpful, sweetest ladies. They always treat us great and answer all our questions. Ask for Jean or Gina!

I have been a customer for almost 3 years. The facility is easy to access, clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I spoke with Gina several times about an additional unit I was looking for. She was very helpful and made sure everything was working out with the additional space I rented. She really has great customer service and values my business. As a customer, I really appreciate that.

Good location, good staff. As with Public storage, they tend to raise prices fast every year no matter what. My unit was 180 a month that made it to 250 a month after a few years. Put in a request to have a row of lights above the storage units fixed and it took them 4 months to get fixed. Time change for March, supposedly their system is broken and they cannot change the time so they don't open until 7am, not 6am like they are supposed to.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The billing service and the facilities are 100% professional.

Gina was a great help AND FAST! Reserved my unit on line. Drove over, took the tour and signed up in 20 minutes. Clean facility in a great location.
