Terrible experience with this facility Holes in the wall, roach on the floor They took my money after I moved out Real time scammers Beware and stay away from them

They lied about the promotion informed me after a week that payment was required. Because the new month started. Than informed me they were going to sell my stuff. And they put a lock on my door. Before the first month ended. Lied to about my lock cut stated that lock was going to get cut, and never did. Even though I paid for a new lock in advance. And still waited week after the next month to get it cut. I couldn't use my unit for 3 weeks that I paid for. And now this month they have cut my access because payment wasn't received. After only having it available for 3 days. Because they finally cut my lock. And expected to be paid in advance.This is not a professional management company. In this area at least.i wouldn't go further with this management group.

This public storages is one of the worst storages.This Storage is located 3080 W Pembroke Rd,Hallandale Beach,33009. They have a garbage waste facility right down the street one mile away from there.Sedric Is there insurance provider for the storage.This public storage is infested with rats and roaches.The Rats ate through everything that I had in the storage all my business equipment was ruin.Sedric was only covering $150 of $9000 Worth of stuff Because of the type of damage they called it rotten Damage.I was paying $15 extra a month for insurance to find out their insurance was deceiving.This storage facility is taking advantage of hard working people knowing that if you store your items there they will be eaten by rats.This Public Storage should not be in business.

If I can give a no star I would. Worst storage place I ever had in my life. They don’t help you once you miss a payment. If you miss 2 payments you can’t even pay at lease 1 payment to save your stuff. Your stuff will go in auction on the second month. Worst! $100 dollars a mth for the smallest storage 5x5. Rat & Roach infested. Holes & Cracks in the wall. U can literally push your way into someone else unit. And when I left, they wouldn't even give me a discount, because my things were still in there 2 days after the 30th. Their more concerned about the money than customers satisfaction. I will never rent there again.

This place is not good. I paid online and when I came there no manager was at the place and no one pick up the phone. I have canceled their service at the same day because I don't like it. Than they call me next day and told me that I will not get my money back because that is the policy of their company. RIP OFF.

This place is very unprofessional. My mother's belongings were missing and she was never informed that her insurance had expired verbally as she comes monthly to pay her bill, it was stated that she received correspondence in 2018, it is 2020 and now that her belingings are missing, she "now" doesn't have insurance to cover it.The manager was rude and nasty and did not go the additional mile to assist my mother being that she is a senior citizen. The locks on the storage were changed without notice, whereas, I never knew that 'your personal" lock can be removed and or replaced by their lock, My mother is seeking to get her belonging out of the storage, again, There is no assistance. It is suppose to be a place of business, Customer Service is horrible. There is live security on premises as well as cameras, we inquired about playing them back to actually see what happened to the alledged missing items, it was stated, there is construction and it can not be done. Other measures would have to be taken in order to reach reconciliation. It is a experience, no one should have to experience when paying "your" money to intrust them with your personal items.

I can’t remember the name of the woman that helped me there (I think it was on 12/1/16 - this review is long overdue!) but she was SO friendly and got me set up with a unit quickly right before closing time, and just had a willingness to get the job done efficiently and with a smile. Really such great service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! The "manager" (and I use that term loosely) called a few minutes after I reserved a unit to tell me that I need an EXACT TIME for move in. I explained to him that that is incredibly unreasonable since I have no idea how long the movers will take to load the truck and I do not control traffic in South Florida to determine the exact time I will be there. I asked what happens if I say I will be there to move in at 12:30 and there is traffic and I get there at 12:45 and he said I may not be able to move in then. How incredibly unreasonable! He just kept saying the same sentence over and over again like a parrot until I got so frustrated that I just cancelled. DO NOT book this storage facility unless you want to deal with a lazy, rude, idiot

when i went in to inquired about a storage space looking for a good price i impressed with her knowledge of a good price and storage space that i needed her professional demeanour and dedication is what other p. s. employees standards shoulde be. Denise was very friendly and helpful.

The customer service at this location is great! I rented a unit for a year and a half and Shay always provided exceptional service and a great customer experience.

This property is old, dirty and very badly maintained. The lady at the front desk is very bad and rude. The rental rules are so bad, you have to bring a sheet of paper from Notar Public to confirm that your belongings belongs to you. Respectively, I go to Extra space storage to join them and rent from them.

On 5/31/17 I was in and the associate Shay must have been having a bad morning. She acted as if I was her problem. She was on her phone while trying to help me. She was rude and made my visit very very very unpleasant. So unpleasant that I'm in the store right now doing this review. This associate customer service SUCKS. P.S. I wish I could give negative Stars.

She's amazing when answering the phone, she's amazing when I forget my gate code! This is by far, the best place your store your belongings! Safe, gated, lit in the evenings, great hours! I had a terrible experience with public storage on Pembroke Road in Hallandale Florida I rented a storage there and when I went to check on the storage the storage was full of RATS that's right RATS I was so Upset I could not believe it. I ended my contract with them right away after losing so much of my property. I will never recommend anyone there ever. I filled out a claim on them and they only wanted to offer me 250.00 which with anything I lost total about 750.00 the RATS ate into my clothes, sheets, towels, lamp shades and the list goes on. Please make sure you checkout your units to see if there are any RATS there TRUST ME... Nn
