Is there anyone working at that property!! It's ridiculous how no one is ever there. My grandma's been trying to see a space there for two days now she waited for almost an hour yesterday(2/15) no one was in the office. She went there again this morning(11:30am) she's still waiting outside there's no one in the office. Calling corporate doesn't help as they have no way to reach the property manager. This is so upsetting.

How can you have one cart for an entire storage facility? We moved into our storage unit yesterday and was an absolute nightmare as there were no carts. Management onsite offered no help as they explained one cart was stolen, and there was only one other cart for the entire building. Get more carts Public Storage!!

This location only has one cart for the clients to use so if you come without your own cart or hand truck you'll be carrying your boxes All the way to your unit so you would be forced to make multiple trips to the lack of consideration from the management at this location

Fantastic experience. Jada, the property manager was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. She navigated through customer service and fine details with charm and ease making me feel welcomed, educated and seen. She even took a second to remind me she was working on moving me along while helping another customer, she stayed late to ensure I could lock my unit and get out of the elevator. I received great service today from Jada even tho I was being super picky and couldn’t decide which unit I wanted she show me all the models and walked me to each one with no problem I love the service I received today

Unfortunately this facility has taken a dump! Garage door broker for over a month, elevator broken consistently. I've called and left massages for the property manager... zero response and no one seems to know the property managers work schedule. Called corporate and their response is the same! I pay almost $300 per month and my items are anything but secured! Do your job and maintain the facility!!! Incredibly upsetting.

Tesheema and Destiny we're very helpful with our move. Access to website was quirky and Destini helped walk me through. I was in North Carolina trying to book in Miami. They assisted my wife, walked her through the units etc. I couldn't pay over the phone but was able to eventually get situated online. On move day Tesheema was onsite and asked if we needed anything to let her know,well we did. The storage we selected was too small and needed another quickly, cause we had a moving company on the clock. Lo and behold we were able to get another storage almost immediately. Thank you ladies for your care concern. Look forward to further interactions with such a cool staff.

In my lates chaotic moving situation, peace came in the form of two great public storage ‘s employees Toya and Shema. Who not only recommended the right place for me to rent but also suggested ways of store it. This girls went the extra mile actually a few more extra and I’m extremely grateful for all their help. If you want a smooth comfortable place to store go public storage on second ave and 56street Miami just off biscayne blvd. Is quiet clean and great costumer service. Thank you girls !!!

This place is great except for the hours. They close at 6 pm and 5 pm on weekends. Not really helpful to people who work later.

If I could leave zero stars I would!!! This is the worst public storage I have ever interacted with. The girls working there are very rude and unprofessional. They do not have any sense of proper customer service and make you feel unwelcome. Not sure why management has them as it seems like they dislike their job... do not be fooled by the positive reviews as I was as they must be fake. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PUBLIC STORAGE.

Both parking garage entrance and exit doors are open 24 hours because they the employee says they're broken but, it's very dangerous for us going into the storage and in the elevator alone anything can happen to us! 😔

I, myself have been in customer service and Accounts Receivable/Payable for a large corporation in NY for 30 years. Listening to Cameka handle an irate customer via phone I was so IMPRESSED with her POSITIVE ATTITUDE and what was obviously her wanting to resolve issue for customer. It is RARE in this day and age to come across someone such as Cameka who possesses the communication skills to take a difficult customer and have the outcome be of such that the customer is thankful and grateful for her patience and positive way of handling a situation. As for my dealing with her she was MOST courteous, positive, upbeat and was a sheer delight. I only wish there were more like her in today’s society. She deserves to be commended for her skills and positive customer service. Cameka is truly an ASSET to your business.
