Went to this location in the blind and afraid (never used a storage place before). I walked in with alot of questions the service rep Marcus answered every question and more. He made the process very easy for me. I definitely will recommend this location the price is definitely reasonable and Marcus was a big help.

Tommie and the on-site manager were great. I love running into professionals that know what they are doing. A lady was there in front of me with a special situation where she was paying late fees. I observed Tommie give her advice. It was upfront, kind, and clear.

I suppose to get a storage at different location. But the lady worker who is not use to pick up the phone or show up. Ran over here and met my best one ever. His name Marcus, very nice and kindly answered all of my questions, detail and very nice attitude (my first time at storage). He made it quick but no rush and I’d feel so comfortable after I had few tired days moving stuff. I didn’t get the $1 promotions but I’m still happy for my purchased. A room wall will need to be fix a little bit. But their rooms are and hallways are clean and breathable. I love it. Ps/ one more thing that’s I like about him. He is working like a clocking. Be right back few minutes before his break. Absolutely recommend to anyone this location.

I came in to this property today because the location where I have my storage unit had no worker present due to construction. Manager Kira Martinez was really nice she took care of my payment and she answered all of my questions. She really knew what she was doing and made me feel that I was a valued customer, If it wasn't for her I probably would've gone elsewhere. I'm actually even planning on moving my stuff to her location,If you want good quality service ask for Kiran.

I was assisted by Renita and unfortunately ran into several issues. There was no one on-site during posted business hours when I needed assistance related to problems with my rental. The elevator wasn’t working, my lock’s key didn’t work and with no one on-site I had to resolve this myself. Availability of the management team is very lacking. I would recommend another location over this one.

Renita was extremely helpful and her place provided us a safety net of a storage location during the limbo uncertain times of our move. Without the flexibility provided by Public Storage, our move would have been way more stressful than it already was. I highly recommend this location for its ease of access and friendly staff.

The lot is well secured and buildings are pretty clean. My only gripe was having to wait 5 minutes for a cart to grab stuff from my unit one day; aside from that, no complaints!

Parrish provided great customer service during my initial sign-up at this Public storage location. She was friendly and very helpful in answering my questions.

Elevator has been constantly broken this past month. Every time I go it's either not working or stops working while I'm there. Also, managers are very hard to get a hold of. No one answers the phones, and they're often out of the office for hours at a time. Public Storage also raises your rates even though they'll tell you the rates are locked in for a year.

I recently needed help in getting into my locker due to the fact that the key to one of the padlocks had broken in half, that half remained inside the padlock . Samra R was at the desk at the time and she was most helpful. She gave me a form to fill out, which in turn gave Andrea the manager authorization to remove the padlock. I then was able to get into the locker. All this was done professionally and in good spirits. I am pleased with the staff of this Public Storage..March 2018 (2013) I have rented in this Public Storage for over 15 years. From day one, Keisha, the Property Manager, has been attentive and helpful to all my storage needs. She is professional and friendly; she is courteous and efficient; and she is very knowledgeable of the storage industry. She went out of her way to make sure everything was satisfactory in storing the many items in my unit. The place is clean, well ventilated and convenient. I have had and am still having an extremely good experience in renting at this Annandale Public Storage and I highly recommend it for anyone's storage needs.

This is my second time using a Public Storage facility, and I've had good experiences both times. I came in planning to rent a medium size unit but when they asked what I would be storing, they told me I wouldn't need such a large unit and helpfully guided me to one that would meet my needs for a cheaper price. The property is clean and my boxes seem to be bug-free, after having had them home for a week now. I would use this facility again if I ever need to store more of my belongings.

Keisha Johnson is the best Storage Manager I have ever experience. Why? Because she genuinely took the time to provide me with the best storage I needed for my business needs. She provided me with the correct size boxes I needed to store my merchandise properly without it getting damage. She always follow up on messages whenever I have questions regarding pricing or upgrading to a larger space. Ms Johnson is a true asset to the Public Storage Corporation and quite frankly she is the only reason I have continued to do business at the Backlick location. I am a retired disabled veteran and do not have time inaccurate information. Keisha makes sure I am well informed on all aspects of my storage need. I would highly recommend this particular location to all my military and government civilian contractors. Thanks for all you do Keisha.

I accidently ordered the wrong size at another public storage and was directed to come to the one off Backlick because they had the size and price I wanted. I've been a client for about 10 months, and every interaction I've had with Keisha, the property manager (and there have been several), has been wonderful and extremely helpful. She is obviously beyond knowledgable about the products and services, as she's worked here for several years. What is truly unexpected, is that although she's been with this company for so long, she is not the least bit complacent. She is proactively helpful, which I found very surprising. She is also very personable and oftentimes greets you when you are there to just get in and out of your unit. I was going to get an additional unit when my 10x10 was no longer sufficient, but she stopped me and explained that I should just get a 10x30, as it was so much more cost-efficient. She didn't have to do that, but she did. I really appreciated it. If it's a convenient location for your storage needs, I highly recommend renting here.

My parents and I truly enjoyed having our stuff stored in this Public Storage on Backlic Road. We didn't have any issues with our storage unit the whole year and and some months. Ms. Keisha, the property manager was so awsome to my dad and I and made us feel very welcomed and secure about our stuff being stored at this location. I needed some moving supplies a few weeks ago. Keisha the property manager was a huge help in helping me with the items I would need. I had no idea where to even start. If not for her I'm not sure I would of been able to get everything packed properly. Thanks Keisha for all your help. When my automated account was late, due to the end of February falling on a Saturday; Keisha contacted me and suggested a way to make the payment before the due date. That way I avoided a $32 late fee. Since Keisha was not working when the automated payment would come into that office, she also informed Teresa, who was working that day, what the situation was with my payments and what should be done to make everything correct for the month. Teresa did exactly as requested. NO PROBLEM!!! I was very happy and relieved that everything worked out just right. They made a GREAT TEAM!!!

Met with Keisha to open a 2nd storage. She was extremely friendly and when I mentioned to her that I needed to rearrange the current storage so that the space is used up better, she lent me a ladder so that I could put the boxes and stuff up higher and not waste space. Two hours later, the first storage got more available space and now I can put more stuff in it!!! I also worked with Mr. Canh Nguyen to open a 15x20 storage. Canh was extremely helpful in helping me out and telling me what to do. He also helped me signed up for auto-pay which helps prevent any screw up (and nasty fee) in case I miss my payment. Thanks!!!

I used this Storage Facility 20 or so years ago and at that time it was clean, well-lit and well managed. I came back to this particular facility because of the Property Resident Manager who I recalled being very helpful, professional, and friendly. I had a number of local Public Storage sites to chose from but the fact that Keisha Johnson was still at this site, sealed the deal for me. Keisha is a wonderful customer service person who is a true professional. Regarding the facility and such, I will check in again and remark on cleanliness, etc. at that time. Although I didn't end up needing a storage unit after all Keisha the Property Manager was amazing. She had all the answers to the questions I had. I ended up moving to Miami, Florida and Keisha was able to give me great tips on packing my things up for the move. She also helped me get a one way truck to Miami. With the information she provided with me with as far as packing my things I was able to get a smaller truck to make my move with which saved me hundreds of dollars, I never would of thought of the ideas she gave me on how to break things down such as my dining room table I would never have thought to take the legs off of it. She told me packing a truck was like playing tetris and she was so right on that one. I was able to use every inch in the truck that I rented. She was also very helpful in saving me money on the packing supplies I needed. If I ever do return to VA and need a unit she would be the only person I would go to. She is very professional and will answer all and any questions you have. I hope you know what a great manager you have at this facility. She is definitely an asset to your company. I will recommend this facility to my friends in VA if they ever need storage or packing supplies. Keisha if you see this thanks again for all of your help you were awesome.
