Carl was honestly great !! I had broke my lock by accidentally dropping it but had to fly back home for an emergency. Carl immediately called me and let me know that my storage was open. He used his own lock to close it and make sure my items were safe and sound. Assured me that I was in good hands. The moment I landed I went straight over to buy a new lock. He welcomed me with open arms and he was super sweet. He acknowledged my questions and made me feel like I mattered as a customer. Thank you CARL!

Milly did a great job finding a space that fit our needs. The location (Main St. Apopka, property 25891) is good except that no left turn on Main Street, so best route when exiting to go north is right out of the lot, right on 4th, then right on Bradshaw. Spaces are showing their age but Milly and Carl did a great job whenever we needed something. The Public Storage app worked great and made in and out a breeze.

My man Carl was a huge help in getting me the storage unit perfect for my needs! Way to go Carl!

Avoid at all cost the Public Storage facility located at 108 W. Main Street Apopka, FL. We were only there for 3 months between the sell and closing of houses and all my boxes, pictures and items are covered in roach and rodent droppings. On top of that we moved out on the 1st and they want to charge me a full month and then tell me to file an insurance claim and pay the deductible. HORRIBLE! On another corporate office were very nice and helpful in finding a resolution to this.

Yeah it’s cheap but I should’ve stayed uptown and paid the extra money because I didn’t have problems with Rats eating away at my valuables!Lets not forget the mold and the insurance only paying for $200 of my things! The staff working when I moved out was rude and they still are “charging” me for rent like I’m there! Don’t worry I won’t NEVER come back and whomever read the 5 stars thinking they’ve found a gem. GO ELSEWHERE! You’ve been warned

Would’ve never looked at this place twice if I had known the unit would be infested with rats! And before you say I stored food it’s no food here just my expensive furniture and valuables that I may have to toss out and rebuy! I’m highly upset

This storage unit place is very disgusting inside. Tree was very nice, but there was mold inside the unit, she proceeded to tell me that it was just a fire wall but also told me a girl had stayed in the unit I was going to rent for 2 months because of the same issue. The door also needed to be fixed and this place just needed all around matienence. I wasn't even in the unit for 24 hours, went back and couldn't get my money back, they proceeded to give me the lock fee back and that was it. I wouldn't trust this place at all and there customer service is horrible. I rented from another place, thank GOD and they helped me to get an even better unit with amazing customer service. This place is just all around ghetto!! Do not waste your time .

The absolute worst I have ever been treated. Suzan is a absolute nightmare. I paid my unit off and when I asked her to take lock off unit she refused because they were going to close soon. I arrived before they closed and simply asked for unit to be unlocked so I could get my stuff and close the book on this horrible experience. Instead she tries to slam the door in my face. When I got upset she acted even worse. Never dealt someone so unprofessional in my life. Not to mention Public Storages policies are drastically different than all the other storage companies. I paid over 400 to zero out my balance cause it was due to auction. Then I made a appointment to get things on Jan 3rd. They never took off the auction lock and wouldn’t let me get my things even after zeroing out the balance. Every interaction with Suzan has been absolutely terrible. I do not recommend anyone come here and follow this path. I wouldn’t even rate it one star.

Thieves! Didnt contact us and sold off our unit. Then utterly refused to provide any information on the storefront that bought it with the express purpose of reselling it. These people are legal thieves. Do not trust this corporation. Rude. You will be dealing with the people who will in time ROB YOU! Terrible examples of people with no empathy working for soulless corporations.

I had a unit that was flooded. I found out on my own because I was putting things in my unit. I was then told the property manager was aware of water in other units in my hallway but only contacted those who had water in front of their unit. This makes no sense. Thankfully I ran into the lady who lives on the property. I had to move my belongings to another unit. I asked the property manager what could they do for me for the inconvenience and especially since I found the water damage on my own. She said the district manager would contact me. I left several voicemails asking what the status was and for someone to call me. I never even got a phone call from her or the district manager. Absolutely poor customer service. Moved my belongings out will never use them. Completely dissatisfied.

So I have r ented a storage unit from here they wanted several weeks to call us and tell us that our unit had two doors and we needed to put a lock on it we were told they would keep a lock on the unit until we got there to do so since we were several hours away come to find out in a email I received from them they have taken the lock they said they would keep on there off and left our unit unsecure funny thing is why weren't we informed the day we bought the unit that I needed two locks and why did they wait several weeks to call us and say something and the fact the where cold hearted enough to leave our unit open after the fact of speaking with us and knowing we were several hours every away is poor business ethics I will never use them again no will I ever recommend public storage to any one the only reason I had used them was because I was in a bind I will make that as soon as I can get my things if there is anything left that this company will nvere see a penny from me or people I know

I was in and out in no time, Millie was super nice and helpful.

Upon checking in on a Sunday afternoon, the front door was locked & the attendant was not inside.I waited around about 10 minutes and then noticed she was inside seated at the desk. I knocked and she looked up and put up 3 fingers. I figured that meant she was on break & decided to wait the 12 minutes. At 3:03 pm I walked up to the door again, expecting it to be unlocked. It was still locked so I knocked AGAIN and she looked up at me from her desk and then proceeded to climb UNDER THE DESK. She sat there until I called customer service who called her and she unlocked the door. I have been a customer for over 13 years & will NEVER use them again unless this issue is addressed. Called and left a VM for the district manager who never called me back.

I want to this location a few days ago and I had perfect service I was in and out without any problems did manager there I forget her name beautiful individual.. my unit is nice and all in all I felt safe leaving my vehicle there

They need to fix their power wire's to there outside lighting because the wire's are in front of the storage unit door's and that's what makes the storage unit door's get stuck and makes them dangerous and dangerously hazardous for anyone to touch and use for the storage unit renters and also a highly dangerously hazardous fire hazard waiting to happened.

Due to my circumstances and language barrier i asked if my contract could be rewrite to start the week the 3rd time i went and she said that wasnt her fault and thats nothing to do with business. Kind of rude. Is not my first time with that kind of company and some other stores have been very helpful and kind.

Probably the absolute worst storage facility I've ever utilized. The employees are tyrannical! I had a lot of things in storage, and over a few days I needed to search for different items. On the fourth day of this they actually came and told me they don't allow loitering! And that I needed to limit myself to fifteen or twenty minutes in MY storage space or I will be asked to leave. So I left, and took my business elsewhere. And when I tried to use the water to wash my hands, they told me I wasn't permitted to do so. HORRIBLE experience! Not at all up to the Public Storage expectation.

The unit I rented had fiberglass all over the roof and was falling on everything I had in there. The manager there apparently does not know what she is doing. There is only one girl at that facility that is awesome, Apollonia. She was very friendly and did answer my questions.

Had bad experience before with public storage's but today my experience was excellent met Apollonia and Natasha and they were absolutely great had smiles when I walked in the door greeted each and every customer that came through the door place was clean they were very professional kind patient and knowledgeable would really recommend this place for the great customer service thank you Apollonia and Natasha.

The WORST customer service! Noone is ever in the office to take paymebts, return later than sign says and you have to wait around or pay Hefty late fees!!

This location Hands Down has some of the best customer service you could ask for! Natasha and Apollonia have been Awesome! They were very knowledgeable and polite in the way they handle their jobs. The way they deal with customers is outstanding. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a Storage Facility!

We LOVE Ms. Peggy. My sister and I almost got scammed $143 for the next public storage when we only need it for 2 weeks, until our apartment is ready. But Ms. Peggy saved the day. She helped us with an over the phone reservation, and when we got there our storage and everything was ready. $58. Big Difference! Great service. Nice pretty lady.

Ms. Peggy was a blessing. After being charged over $100 at another Public Storage for 2 weeks (when I was suppose to recieve the $1 special) ,I was over Public Storages. But the sevice Ms.Peggy provided was exceptional, it made up for all the stress I had recieved at another location. I suggest THIS LOCATION, for great service, security, and fairness.

When I went to go look at the storage units here I knew right away that I would rent one. As I walked into the office I noticed that it was clean and organized. Peggy greeted my friend and I right away. She asked me what it was I was looking for and took me to see it. On the way to the unit, Peggy noticed that my friend was walking a little bit behind us. She actually took the time to slow down and make sure that all three of us could walk together. The fact that she did this made me feel as if me and my friend mattered to us not just the sale or the fact that we were taking time out of her day. Peggy showed me the unit and it was exactly what I needed it to be. She took the time to explain how the locks worked and answered all my questions that I had. One of the main reasons why I rented from Public Storage was because of the convenience of the location, but the other reason had a lot to do with Peggy and how she treated us. All I can say is that I am very happy with my unit and the customer service that I have received.
