ZERO REVIEWS IF I COULD"!!!!!! STOP!!! Please please do not rent here unless you want a severe ROACH INFESTATION!!!! THE infestation was so severe I had to bomb with foggers (25) at a time....10 separate times.....no exagerration!!!! I spent hundreds of dollars to get rid of the infestation caught from this disgusting place. Go else where....there's several new places that even GIVE A MONTH FREE. I REGRET putting my belongings here badly. 😢

RUDE INCOMPETENT STAFF

Very helpful and nice!!

I have had several issues (all of which were entirely my fault), and the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. I rented the space at the last moment, so I was in a huge hurry, had issues with my lock, and I don't even live in the state. Whenever I have spoken with anyone there, they have been very supportive, efficient, and quick to offer out of the box solutions.

Fantastic experience thanks to Angel! I rented my unit online and went to the unit for the first time today. When we arrived the app gate access did not work and when I tried to access with the code itself it didn't work so we went into the office and was greeted by Angel. He even offered my mom (she's 73) to sit down if she needed to. As soon as he was finished with the current customer he was helping he went to work straight away with our issue. He figured it out and was able to get us in and helped us find our unit number. In our conversation and seeing our uncertainty in the size of the unit we got (which I didn't realize we got the locker type) he offered to show me another 5'x5' that was taller and took me over to see it. We decided to go larger for our needs and he helped us do a transfer. Our entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. Thank you again Angel for the time that you took with us today, your kindness and going above and beyond for us. This was our first time ever renting a storage unit and it was a great experience!

This was my first time coming to Public Storage and I had a great experience. Moving is stressful in itself and Sarah aka Flaca was amazing helping me. She answered my many questions and didn’t get upset with me changing my mind and texting my oldest son for help as I took pictures to send him. Price was great too and I got all that I needed. She even carries this huge box to wheel to my car and puts it inside my car. Fit perfectly. I’m sooo happy and now can have my moving party with music and food

I came for boxes and Jamie asked if I had a store here explained that I don't but she was so nice and offered me storage since I was moving. I don't now but when I do I will remember her.

Great service, Sarah helped us and got us set up with a unit. Clean storage units and nice big area, we have a big truck so it was awesome to see plenty of room around the storage units to drive and get around.

Passed by yesterday to get some information on how to get a storage. Alexandra took her time to show me a unit 5x10 but it did not work for me. It was to small. She did not have any 10x10 available but she helped me and looked in another location. Her customer service is the best. She’s so kind and sweet.

Received a good service today from Sarah, but I had to wait a while, she was busy at the office and a lot of people were in and out. She was profesional about it and greeted everyone but I thinks she really could use some help. But the location seems really safe, clean and has cameras on the entire perimeter which made me feel safe.

This location is super clean, and the managers are friendly. The location is secured and really convenient.

Just added a second unit at the Dyer Road property. As I told Alexandra and Sarah, they offer customer service in an exemplary manner, which is in total contrast to the company's Jog Road unit in West Palm Beach, which we would move if we didn't need it. Alexandra and Sarah are so welcoming and helpful. They go the extra mile. Can't ask for more than that.

I reserved my space online without payment 2 years ago, until I arrived. I was driven to my space. I can walk right in and switch units. Sarah has outstanding customer service skills and after closing is on site to maintain the wrong people from entering.

Kati is excellent in customer care and she went beyond the ream of her job. I was traveling from DC to Florida and my appointment ime was 230pm, however due to traffic I was delayed by 3hours. Kati put my mind at ease and assured me that I had nothing to worry about and she would change the appointment time til 530pm. I arrived with 2mins to spare. She greeted me with a smile and excellent customer service. I was not in the best of moods, movers were late and I was upset because I had been in traffic for 14hours. I went to go pay my bill at this location on monday 12/2 and on the door it said they closed at 6 pm. I arrived at around 5 20 and the employee who worked their was locking the door i asked him if i could pay but he denied me. I drove 30 minutes to make a payment just to be told i cant even though on the door it said they didnt close for another 40 minutes. He was rude and didnt care for my concerns. So i went back the next day to make a payment and inform them about the issue. The young lady told me that they should of been open till 6 and doest understand why he closed early. She did not make any effort to correct the situation. I was never contacted by a manager or reassured this issue was going to be taken care of. Horrible customer service. I will be looking to move my belongings elsewhere.

Apart from being incompetent as an employee, it is a bad example for society (very rude) My recommendation is that if you are looking for a storage do not enter here and much less talk to this character. 0 stars I paid for a 24-hour service and they didn't comply. They made me lose a lot of money since what I have stored there are my work teams. I could not go to save and take out equipment. They made me look bad with a client. Very bad service I will move to ExTRA SPACE. PUBLIC STORAGE THE WORST.

So I made a reservation online to hold my storage unit and chose a day when I was coming which the online reservation is very easy to use.... so after you're done signing up they send you a confirmation email with your reservation number and they also call you to confirm and to welcome you which was very nice... so the day I showed up I guess they overbooked the size unit that i want which was a 5x5 there was none available.... so Glorilya apologize for the inconvenience and she said you know what I'll give you a 5x10 for the same price😁... i was like wow really ok👍... the check-in process was very fast and smooth the only downfall that it's not 24 access it's only from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

This location is the best. Your near everything you need to supply your public storage. There friendly workers who dont mind to answer question and make sure you have everything you need to satisfy your stay. They always have space to accommodate you. Thanks for being so kind.

En verdad mi experiencia con ellos fue de terror ,hice 2 pagos en la oficina y me fui de viaje y cuando regrese me robaron mis cosas diciendo que mi banco nunca les pago cosa que fue una mentira ellos me dieron recibos de mis pagos ellos lo hacen con frecuencias son unos estafadores y nunca dan la cara !!!! The 5x5 isn't at all a 5x5 it's more like a 4x5 and therefore false advertising... And they ask way to much for something that isn't even the correct dimensions... How do I know it's not because other locations have the actual 5x5 and not some partial board taking up a foot of space

Whenever I go in it’s a pleasurable the staff always nice and helpful nehemie and Eunice are very helpful and clear with the rules. There was a customer there that got upset for no reason just because he was having a bad day so he was still taken care of in a very respectable manner by the customer wasn’t satisfied but the lady’s took care of him .But I must say they were very respectable nice .
