Tyrah was so nice and helpful. This location is spotless and Tyrah made everything so easy to understand. They have dollies to help you move all of your things in and out. The ac is very cold too

I came in yesterday to ask some questions about renting a unit, and I was helped by Ms Kim. She showed me some 10x10 to 10x15 spaces and explained to me how to use the key pad and expressed to me the hours the property was opened. She pointed out the cameras for security. I was very well treated with hostility by Ms. Kim who was also very knowledgeable and confident about everything she was saying. I hope to see her again and to deal with her every month. I’m certain that my property is good hands as long as she is at this location.

I have a chronic moving problem. I seem to find myself moving 1-3 times a year! So I often need a storage unit to stow away my furniture and belongings. Public Storage has been a wonderful solution for me. Miss Serena in the office at 2405 Jackson St is a DELIGHT and is so helpful! She helped me strategize what size storage room I would need and what the most cost-effective way to store my belongings would be. She also educated me on appropriate quotes for movers so that I wouldn’t be ripped off (I’m not originally from the area so this was much appreciated!) Some may not like the hours of operation - if you’re a working professional and need access after 6pm, you might want to look elsewhere. I personally appreciate that there is ALWAYS a manager present to address needs and to ensure there aren’t break-ins. There is also a loading dock for moving trucks and dollies for moving boxes from your car. Everything you could need!

I really enjoyed my rental process with my public storage! The manager, Serena was very helpful and pleasant. Serena made a stressful process a lot easier for me, I highly recommend this facility to future renters. Thx Ms. Serena!

If climate control means that you have a/c units on site; then I guess it is climate controlled. The staff that works on site do as good of a job they can with the horrible support their management team provides. 1. Rarely carts are available to use for the customers. 2. There are several lights that are out and/or not working. The lights and covers in the elevators are absolutely disgusting. The expense to replace them are MINIMAL (+/- $10.00 each) 3. The hours of access are ridiculous! The renter can not access the property after 6:30. This is because they do not have any way to monitor and/or keep the homeless from spending the night in the building. 4. Rather than charging a lower rate because of the hours of access and the inability maintain the property properly. 5. Since I have leased storage space at this location the last 5+ years, the things they have done consistently are as follows; A. Raised the rent every year. B. No regular preventative maintenance of the facility. C. Consistent/proper temperature throughout the facility. Look elsewhere…they have just announced another rate increase as of August…the reason, I’m sure, because everyone else is doing it.

We were in such a hurry trying to solve an urgent problem and Tamika made it go smoothly for us, alleviating the stress we were in. Great experience. Thank you, Tamika! Three years later... and we were reay to return the unit, but we live in another state. Ms. Kim and Ms. Natasha were absolutely great helping us out with information, as well as helping to instruct the person we hired to go empty the unit for us. Customer service was stellar!

This property needs improvement. Air conditioning is rarely working to keep the top floor from being unbearably hot, our lights didn’t work in the unit for months at a time, not very clean, and it gets crowded with the one elevator and two carts on the weekends. Needs to have a restroom on each floor. The management was mostly nice, but couldn’t do a lot to fix ongoing issues.

Ms’ Kim was a really nice lady she help me out with all my questions….. That what I look for when I come it to places is good customer service and she have it all!!! Really professional!!!!!!! Thank you Ms Kim!!!!!

My belongings stay in good shape.

On last Friday, associate was very helpful. She saw us struggling to bring in stuff, stopped whatever she was doing and offered to open the loading dock for us to make unloading a more pleasant experience.

I was so lost i locked myself out my storage panicking and thankfully the nice lady tamika at the front desk helped me out she was very helpful and took her time asking all my questions since ive never had a storage before she saved me time and made me feel comfortable using storage . thank you

By far the best storage facility in Houston. I've seen my fair share of storage places in town but never to use the place myself. Just helping friends move house and such. From the moment I made contact with public storage the guy on the phone was informed and happy to be of assistance. We went through various options and I feel I made the right decision thanks to him. And when I went to the actual location the lady behind the counter was courteous and very helpful. Customer service is very much a part of public storage. All around great service and help. You guys made my storage rental so easy. Thank you so much for all your help and everything you did.

Michelle was awesome and extremely helpful! On move-in day, we were able to use the big indoor loading dock, which helped out all of us unloading the truck as this week has been excruciatingly hot. This has to be the best storage facility I have ever used/seen, which is saying something as my family moved 20 times during my childhood. It is spotless, the staff is very helpful, and it is highly secured. Also, you don’t have to go buy a lock for the unit separately because it is included in your initial rental fee. Definitely recommend!

Extremely Hot inside (supposedly climate controlled), shorter hours and drastic increase in price

We use this location for business storage. It is clean well lit and climate controled. All access points are key pad controled.

Went there at 2:00 pm they were at lunch came back at 2:45 pm door was locked waited about 15 min for someone to come to door just time wasted just to pay storage bill

Breshell made our rental process as easy as could be, even though the system was down and she couldn't access our online reservation! I appreciated how kind a d thorough she was. The facility is clean, the lights are working and cameras are in place. I was given a temporary access code and then promptly emailed my replacement code. I have zero complaints about this facility and am grateful they're so close by!

Diana was amazing, she went out of her way to help me. One of the most polite people that work there!!!! She's the best

I had an awesome experience getting my storage space! Ms. Diana was very helpful from beginning to end and answered all my questions. Also, she made sure I understood everything. It can be a little frustrating having to move things back and forth so I really appreciate her for being so great to me! Will definitely recommend you guys to my family and friends. Ashlie was very helpful over the phone and in person! She found me a great space in a good location on the 1st floor. Very friendly. I just the access hours were a little longer!

It is 10 a.m. on a Thursday morning and there is no one in the office. It's completely shuttered and there is no phone number to call and figure out why no one is here. The carts are locked in the office so it's impossible for me to access what I need during posted business hours.

Diana was extremely helpful. She went out of her way by 100 miles to help us with moving our stuff from storage. Thanks Diana. Your good deeds and trust is really appreciated!

They don't trust you to not steal the carts so they are only available when staff is there. You can no longer access the building after 6pm. Find somewhere else to store your stuff.

Great customer service

This place is clean and all staff have been relatively friendly, but they keep the carts in the office, you have to give an ID to get one, and if the agent is busy they lock it. I have had to wait 20 min for a cart, and today I had to wait 20 minutes to get my ID back because the agent ran an errand while she had my ID. She did not put a note on the door about when she was coming back, she was just gone and my ID locked in the office and I was ready to leave. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Also, when I have had issues or questions I call and call and can never get anyone on the phone. I ALWAYS have to go in person. They also hiked my rent $50 after 6 months and did not notify me as stated in our agreement. No email about it, when all other communication is by email. I found their method sneaky. The site agent and the man I spoke to at customer service ( I was only given a # with a person on the other end after going in person to complain) said they could not do anything about it. I am taking my money elsewhere, I suggest you do too.

When I moved in two months ago Alicia was extremely helpful and courteous, making moving in and signing up hassle free. Today as I'm moving out I made it in 5 minutes before close and needed to vacate; in order to do so my unit needed to be completely empty, but it was going to take at least a couple trips. Linetria went the extra mile to find a solution, taking down my info so she could finish that process for me in the morning. I will be returning to this public storage for my future storage needs!

I've used a number of different storage facilities in Houston and Alicia and Michael make this one the best as they are very helpful. The only thing to be aware of is the parking/unloading area is a bit small particularly on busy days.

I love that this facility is gated. It's tucked onto the edge of a residential area and a little off the very well worn path. Mike was working the desk when I arrived and was super helpful and extremely courteous. After showing me the unit I had reserved online (for a *great* online only special price), he was thorough in getting me my contract, discussing options, and making recommendations. Alicia followed up with a call first thing the next day about a problem with my access code. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and felt safe and secure. The elevators worked. There were plenty of dollies available to use that were in perfect repair.
