Went here spoke with Rachael about renting out a storage unit, she was very patient and knowledgeable. Prices were a little high for a month. $163-176 10x10 & 10x15. But the area was clean and very secure. Entry was 6am to 9pm.

I have been with this location for years and I have yet to be disappointed with the service and attention that the staff has provided. I have -over time -run into minimal system and technical hiccups and billing issues- but each time -my concerns have been taken seriously with the staff who always reviewed and looked into my account. The staff always worked to help resolve any concerns or problems efficiently! Recently I had Natalie and another member of the staff currently attending to a minor glitch on my account - I was definitely down in spirits as this occurred over the December holidays - but I was assured that it would be resolved which helped ease my mind and was instrumental in making smiles for my family to bring in Christmas and the new year-we are blessed to start 2023 with continued service at the public Storage in Houston on Maxey!

The staff is very professional and friendly. My first encounter in office staff and phone call (800) all were very nice and helpful. I will definitely do business with Public Storage on Maxey again..

I paid and reserved a storage unit that was climate controlled and when I arrived at 7pm it was hotter inside then it was outside. There was no way I was putting my valuables in there. I called customer service and they closed my unit and refunded me money (which will take 5-7 days SMDH) except for the $30 “deposit” .. Steer clear of building E. It’s super hot in there and had rat droppings all over. This has been a horrible inconvenience for me!!

The staff here are extremely professional I fell on hard times and needed to move my things and was extremely stressed out due to this being my first time renting a storage unit. STAY AWAY !!!!Management and corporation both stated no consideration will be given for lateness(even during these times) this is for Dec 20 payment and I was charged $50; today 2 Jan 21 I received an email stating my unit was being prepared for auction and I was charged another $50 ; email stated full amount must be paid for Dec 20 and Jan ; I made payment and was told I had to come in to place a lock on my unit because they cut it off; I wonder if they inventoried my items; the locks cost $21; STAY AWAY!!!

We been using a storage unit here for about 4 months and here lately things have gone from bad to worse, the management is even worse, there job is to keep the place clean and for the past two months I been having piles of trash in front of my unit from other tenants, talk to the lady and district manager and they told they were gonna take care of it...two months later is even worse, last week I got a face to face with the district manager and he told me he was that same day to get it picked up...and of course nothing happen. I will be moving from this pathetic place.

Check out public storage, you will not be disappointed. Katy is the best! She went above and beyond to take care of my husband and myself. We had 22 pallets of TV’s delivered here and ended up leaving some out overnight. We assumed they would evict us and throw away the “abandoned” property. Management paid a vendor to move the leftover TV’s into a unit for us. Katy petitioned her managers on our behalf and was able to reduce the fee we incurred. Like I said, Katy is the BEST!

Rented a unit last minute due to an emergency and I was helped my Mariana and Ashley. Both girls were very informative about the different sizes and prices and helped me get the right unit to fit my belongings. I recommend this facility (which is very clean) to anyone who needs a place to store their belongings.

Too many thieves down there no good at all

Okay so this is actually an update from a previous review a couple of months ago... I was just about ready to pack up all of my stuff and go when Public Storage took Keri completely away from that location. Almost instantly everything got better. Proper maintenance became a daily task to keep the hallways and the outside of the property cleaner. Not to mention all of a sudden it became a place that I didn't mind going to. I decided to stay due to the new manager and the new staff. Dianna and Mariana have been super awesome... And have turned that place around 100%.

The Ladies Ashley and Mariana we're so sweet and attentive. Answered all of my question and concerns. Made me feel welcome and I understood the process..Thanks Public Storage!!!

Break ins after breaks in. You want your stuff. Don’t come here cause it will be stolen

Went in to get pricing on a space Dianna and Mariana were amazing staff they asked questions and got me to the right size and pricing g for my needs. Great job guys will be doing business with y’all.

So they broke into some storages last month and haven't told anyone. Also couldn't get into my storage since there's another lock on it besides mine but I'm all payed up and current. Also been here 2hrs and no one in the office to help out. Wuts goin on? Horrible business ethics.
